My student's college has a career center. Why would they need this?
Career centers are a valuable resource, but they serve thousands of students. This gives your student a dedicated advisor who knows their goals, holds them accountable and prepares them for each employer's process, which is different every time.
When should my student start?
Any time, though starting earlier gives more room. First-year students have time to explore and build experience. Juniors focus on the internship that often leads to an offer. Seniors and recent grads get focused job search support.
What industries do you support?
Finance, consulting, tech, engineering, medicine and health, public service, startups, sports and media, manufacturing and more. Finance, consulting and tech have specialized advisors.
How often does my student meet with an advisor?
Typically monthly, and more often during active application or interview periods.
How quickly will my student have a résumé and LinkedIn profile?
Usually within about a week of the intake meeting, followed by a review with the advisor.
Can we start small?
Yes. Many families begin with the Personal Brand Package and upgrade later.
Is this only for former admissions clients?
Not at all. Siblings, friends and any college student or recent graduate are welcome.
Will I, as a parent, know how it's going?
Your student is an adult, so the work is theirs. We stay connected with the advisor and agree with your family up front on how updates are shared.
